Roger Coleman is the President and founder of SRC Consulting. Roger has over 25 years experience in aviation training both in the military and civilian environment. Roger was an Instructor Pilot in the USAF flying B-52s, T-37s, T-38 and T-41s for about 10 years. He spent 12 years at American Airlines as the Manager of the Human Factors and Safety Training Department and lead the program development and facilitation of Crew Resource Management courses for company pilots, flight attendants and dispatchers. Roger was also an instructor on the Fokker 100 aircraft at AA. He was the Coordinator of Specialty and Enrichment courses at FlightSafety International at the DFW Center for 3 years and was the primary International Procedures Instructor at the center. Roger also facilitated and developed courses such as fatigue countermeasures, CRM, cold weather operations, automation management, hypoxia awareness, CFIT, ALAR, and High Altitude training classes.
